This will include all of the documents listed in the PROCEDURE section together with all other documentation necessary where your spouse has refused to cooperate with your case and/or does not file whatever documents are necessary to be filed.

You will receive our continued documentary support until such time as your case gets a Court hearing. Occasionally different and additional documentation is required ~ if this is the case we will provide such additional documentation. However if additional documentation is required because our Step by Step guidelines were not followed we will require additional fees.

DivorceIreland will supply whatever documentation is needed to deal with how your spouse responds (or does not respond) to your case.
